Bankrupt is a Superhero. He hangs out with a greasy, cheep
looking robot named BuddyBot99. He has a very little confidence and he's
always broke.
Peter Poorer is an ex-high school English teacher turned experimental poet. While wasting his money on lottery scratch' em tickets one day, he was hit by a stray ray of cosmic radiation. It's mysterious energy granted him big muscles and eternal poverty. Convinced of a higher calling, he stitched together a costume out of his old Best Buy Uniform and some blankets from his clothes hamper, not having the money to buy nicer things. With his trusty pal (and personal well wisher) BuddyBot99 at his side Bankrupt is the sworn protector of Opal City. He also wrestles from time to time for some extra cash. |
