"Homebrew" by 3:11 blares over the PA system and the fans go nuts.
Fugitive walks out wearing a "Fugitive 3:11" T-shirt,blue jean shorts,pads
and his trademark Anarchy symbol snake skin boots. Fugitive has a outlaw's
cane in his hand. Neon green lights flash as Fugitive walks down the
ramp. Fugitive enters the ring and poses in the ring as fireworks blast
behind him. Fugitive puts the cane in the corner and takes off his shirt
to the cheers of the female fans. |

| Background:
Lance Ian Stevens was born somewhere. Identity of the place is
unknown....not even he knows. Places thrown around are Singaporne,Brazil,Alcatraz
Prison,San Francisco,Las Angelas and so on. From what has been said
Lance was raised in LA with his brother Ben Stevens(Rage),Brad Stevens(Blaze),Nick
Mariano-Stevens(Nitros),Stephanie Stevens and Jay Stevens. Stories tell
of Lance and his sibilings of being rich but that was far from it. Jay
was held for adoption at birth and was later adopted by a rich couple.
The rest stayed with their father and mother. At the age of 5 Lance
witnessed his father kill his mother. That explains his violent nature
towards women. His sister was raped by his father when he was 6. This
explains his nature of dating porno stars. And he was beaten up at the
age of 8-14 years old by his father. At the age of 6 a year after his
mother's death Lance and his family moved to Malone,New York. At this
time Lance and the rest met Paul(Flex),Shawn(Enforcer),Scott Cruiser,Jax
and Jen. Fugitive and his brothers fought with this group for 5 years.
Then at the age of 15 everything changed.....Stephanie was killed,Ben
was sent to a mental institution,Brad went AWOL and Nick was sent to
the hospital. All from one man......his father. Lance had enough.....FUGITIVE
WAS BORN. At this time Lance picked up a near by butcher knife and slashed
his father up. The cops came and Lance was gone. Lance went to Canada
where he laid low. Lance then went to what he was believed was his home
in California.......ALCATRAZ. Lance locked himself in the prison living
off resources until the 1998. Where Lance then decided to persue a career
which he loved.....wrestling. When Lance was in Canada he trained with
Canadian wrestlers such as Chris Jericho,Chris Beniot,the Harts and
everyone else. But in 1998 Lance flew to Japan where he learned from
Masato Tanaka,Jusion Liger and others. In early 1999 Lance flew back
to the states and went to meet his ideal Mick Foley. Mick gave the kid
a few lessons and said...."Kid,you'll revolusionize this sport" in 1999
Lance wrestled for the CWWF,ECWF,EWF,ECR and the HCWF. Then in December
1999....Fugitive came to the VWF. And so it began....quickly upsetting
the best and winning the belts. What's left for this 21 year old man?
